"booked a Wednesday evening on the way to San Antonio. Liked the name and the decor was nice. Clean, quiet and nice pool. Price was good. Breakfast was all carbs, but okay. Booked a room coming back north even though off the beaten trail. Drive off 281 wound through the countryside, very pretty."

"Such a relaxing, gorgeous, and unique venue. The level of service was outstanding. My husband and I began planning a return visit not long after we arrived! The gardens and stained glass were beautiful and the fridge stocked with drinks at the outdoor kitchen area were uncommon pleasant touches. THIS is the place to stay when visiting Glen Rose or Granbury area or for locals needing a staycation."
