Στα μειον κ προς βελτωση: δεν επιανε η tv, η πισινα δεν ηταν καθαρη κ περιποιημένη βγαιναν πλακακια κ ηταν κίτρινη, το κρεβατι δεν ειχε κανονικο στρωμα κ εφυγα με πονο στη μεση. Επισης χρειαζεται περισσότερη επιμέλεια στην καθαριοτητα: αραχνες στον τοιχο, σημάδια απο κουνούπια, κουρτίνα λερωμένη, στημένα δαπεδα στον εξω χωρο."

Our two year son enjoyed playing in the backyard. The food cooked by Manuel, the master chef for the restaurant, was really great. The location is good, very close to the sea. "budget vacation at it's best. building sits on a very very large plot that has everything from shower to bbq, sitting area, playground, well lit parking etc. for families looking to save money, grill and hang out area are great. there is also a beach on walk distance. rooms - as expected in this price range, four beds are crammed into a small space, but that's what I expected. the good thing is that the fridge was not intrusive to my sleep. usually, they are. AC also was not loud."

"I came to Nea Potidea because my daughter had a medical emergency while during her internship nearby. Zoe @ Avra comfort room was so nice and she didn't know how to make my stay more comfortable. A big thumb's up to you, you even bought me food because I did not had a chance too. If you want a nice room in a nice village with a very nice host, then is Avra comfort room the place to go. "
