"The apartment is located in the basement of residential building. Access and entrance to the unit is troublesome, basement has stuffy air. The unit was fairly clean (clear signs of being flooded in the recent past), with problematic flushing & heating systems. The apartment doesn’t seem to be properly maintained. "

"This apartment is in a great part of town. The furnishings are bare minimum, the apartment took a long time to be ready. The bathroom smelled like cigarrette smoke from neighbors exhaust vents and that was bothersome. The building is old. Wifi generally good. Kitchen is ok, except for dirty plates in the cabinets. Bed was comfortable. This place could be incredibly better with a little effort and remodeling. It's overpriced. "

"Very spacious apartment, old workers' hotel that's been transformed into a hotel. Very clean and beds were surprisingly very comfortable. For the price you pay it's a great value. It takes about 40- 50 minutes to get to the train station and old town by public transport. Highly recommended. "
