"The staff were very friendly and helpful. Ammori on reception spoke excellent English and went above and beyond to point out all the best places to go in Salzburg to make the most of our stay. From our room on 7th floor we even had a view of the fortress and mountains. Only draw back is the hotel backs onto the train station so you do need to close the window at night so you don’t hear the noise of the trains. Don’t let that put you off though.
