"We absolutely loved our stay here. Staff are fantastic and very helpful. Hotel is around a 3 minute walk from the train station, the archaeological park and local restaurants You can also catch the bus to Vesuvius across the road from the station. Good breakfast, clean rooms and a large bathroom. Swimming pool is large and clean. We loved our stay!"

"We got moved to hotel Torre d Mili so this review is for them. Sabrina was terrific! She made our trip special. We were made to feel welcome and she suggested we visit Ravello which was the highlight of our trip. The breakfast was lovely and the beast ladies were so sweet. Please give Sabrina a promotion!! She was absolutely the most helpful, friendly person we met in Italy!! "

"There were no signs to the hotel which made it difficult to find in its remote location. The sign was to a resturant with a different name. No air conditioning or fan. The receptionist left at night and locked us in the hotel. The promised breakfast did not appear so left at 8.30 through the fire escape. Very disapointing."

"Traffic is absolutely horrendous. We booked this on the road and on line it listed when their front desk was opened. It stated to call directly to make arrangements outside of those hours. We arrived in those hours on a motorcycle and were concerned to leave it even for check in due to safety. The street sign on the front of the hotel was scary and it looked like a dump. We had a hard time getting into the whole building as we had to walk to a side street entrance and it’s part of what looks to...
