We had a wonderful stay! The hosts were incredibly friendly and took the time to share their favorite restaurants, sights, and local recommendations, which made exploring Carcassonne so much easier. They also offered to pick us up from the train station and drove us to pick up our rental car for a very reasonable price, which was such a thoughtful touch. Arnaud and his wife were helpful with parking, recommendations of sites to see, served delicious breakfast. The room was spacious, the bed comfortable. The location couldn’t be better. Definitely a great choice for visiting Carcassonne.

Great location if you are visiting the citè! Good breakfast. No luxury, just great functionality. The card terminal wasn't working on my arrival/check out making it a little uncomfortable since we had no cash on us to pay local taxes. Good room size, great bathroom

For the price, it was excellent. The lobby did have a peculiar smell to it, but the room was clean, and there was an elevator, which is a bit rare for Europe. Overall there were no issues.

We had a difficult time finding the hotel, even with a GPS in the car. It turned out it has changed its name to Audotel only, so the GPS did not recognize the original name. If we programmed "Audotel" only, it would have been okay. Breakfast is overpriced, I think.

Perfect roadtrip stop next to the castle and restaurants. I mean, its almost in front of it. Nice parking, friendly service, there is breakfast in the hotel which i recommend because breakfast places in France are not common. Clean room, nice hot shower and bed is ok.

We really enjoyed our stay at Les Arcades for the Limoux carnival. It seems to be family run and we had a great welcome before being shown to the room, a little way down to the side of the building shown. The top floor apartment was clean and spacious for 3 and had an excellent shower. House keeping were very attentive to keeping the place tidy with fresh towels etc despite the constant influx of confetti from the carnival. A fun time. thanks.

A wonderful relaxed stay inside the walls of the medieval city. They allowed us to store our bags after checkout while we explored Carcassonne. A great choice for our family of four!
