"The motel was great but we were there 4 nights and had no room service. No new linen, no trash pickup and the foors were not cleaned. I chuckled at the room service tip envelope asking to reward the help for their work. Other than making the room clean and neat for the first night, we received no service until we asked. "

"We LOVED our stay here! Checking in was super quick and the staff were so kind. My one year old was tired from our drive so he was a little cranky and they offered him a little stuffed raccoon toy and cookies which cheered him (and me) up. The breakfast employees were also very nice and my son loved interacting with them. The rooms were clean with plenty of amenities. I loved having the bath and body aromatherapy products available! "Staying here for the second time to visit Acadia NP. Very friendly staff, 24 hour coffee and cookies. Room service is by request once in 3 days, but fresh towels are available if needed daily. Breakfast menu is good with hot sausages, omlettes, oatmeal, yogurt, fruit choices but is the same every day. About 6 miles away from Bar Harbor downtown. The property area is clean with nice flower beds."

"We loved this place so much!! The pictures online don’t give it enough credit! The king bed/single cabin was so cozy and so conveniently placed for all our bar harbor/Acadia National park adventures!! The staff was so kind and our dogs were welcomed and even made friends with some other dogs at the little dog park they provide! Would absolutely stay here again! Thank you for a great stay! "
