"Trotz Buchung und Bezahlung über Hotels.com wurde beim Check-In nochmals ein Zahlungsnachweis verlangt.
Ich hatte das Zimmer für meine Eltern gebucht (beide über 80 Jahre) die natürlich sehr irritiert waren. Ich reise sehr viel, so etwas habe ich noch nie erlebt.
Das Zimmer war für 7 Nächte gebucht. Es gab keine Zimmerreinigung!!!! Es wurden keine Handtücher gewechselt, kein Toilettenpapier aufgef üllt und auch das Bad nicht gesäubert. Erst nach Nachfrage meiner Eltern wurden die Mülleimer...
