"Perfect small hotel in a wonderful location. I know there are some reviews stating people couldn't check in. We had no issues. We communicated once we landed in Spain our estimated ETA. Olats at the front desk was absolutely amazing. She gave us maps of the city, suggested sights to see, places to eat, and even gave us tips on transportation around Bermeo and to San Juan. "Did not expect it to be three flights up in what seemed to be a residential building. Staff was helpful and so close to the beach, which was wonderful. Room was ok, best described as a pure efficiency room, though clean. Fantastic location, particularly in the summer. "

Great location if you like staying in the centre of a town, not ideal if you don't. Very easy to find but the parking was dire. My room was of good size but needed updating I thought it expensive for what it was. It also was the hottest room I have ever stayed in with a little fan which was less than useless. Food was OK but nothing special. "
