Check in was very quick, and the staff were very helpful, we did try to use as much German as we could but their English was very very good. "Not as advertised at all. No access to sauna They close reception at 8:00 PM You only get one key for the room … so there is zero flexibility for your vacation No gym I would save my money and find another place to stay in, there are plenty around the area"
