"Oakhurst is an older place, but it has large rooms with clean, comfortable beds for a reasonable price, which is just what we needed after hiking all day. It also has a nice pool and a surprisingly good free breakfast. The only negative is probably the old fashioned air conditioner. It works great, but you can't set a temperature; you just set it to warmer or colder on a dial, and it was a little hard to get it just right. "This hotel was great especially for our family with little children! Our kids loved the breakfast especially the waffles. There was even a playground for them to play on although it was a bit weathered. The staff was absolutely great especially Tracie who was helpful our first day and made our check in quick after seeing our daughter get hangry. The rooms were clean and had 3 beds which worked great for me. The microwave and fridge were a little older as well but did their job. My wife loved the...

"The staff was excellent, especially the younger gentlemen. We had many great conversations. The pool could use a deep clean but was still nice & covered from the blazing California sun. Room was clean & great location. The "breakfast" was less than desirable. Only toast & Raisin bran cereal. Great stay overall! "

"I loved my stay at outdoorsy the cabin was sooo cute and perfect for me and my fiancé and our fur babies. Close to the lake private, quite so peaceful. The staff was so helpful. Tons of stuff to do right next to the lake like 15 mins walk or less and like a 2 min drive cute grocery store and restaurants. I would definitely come back again. "

"Cabins are cute, but it looked like a lot of them are being worked on. Wish our cabin had a little table and chairs. Beds were comfortable. Over all the cabin was clean and comfortable. The full bathroom was nice to have. "

"Once we explored the area, It was clear that we were in the crest, most private property in the area and we were very happy we made the choice we did. The unit was like a little apartment with everything we needed. We had the need to contact the owners for one issue and the communication was very easy and we were answered immediately. The check in and check out was super simple. We really enjoyed 4 daughters. Use the kitchen in this unit you’ll have all that you need and it is very convenient. "

"cleaning lady was not done until almost 5 pm and the builders were using power saws and drills on the cabin the entire time we were there besides bed time. The cabin should not have been rented if it needed to be repaired while we were in it."

"With route 41 closed for the Washburn fire, there were only a couple other families staying there so it was quiet. The cabin we stayed in was right next to the woods. The breakfast was very good! And we had enough towels and washcloths for the number of people registered for the room. That seems to be a challenge for most other places we’ve stayed recently. "

"Well for one thing the resort was closed and has been for sometime. The property manager was nice enough to clean a small room so we had somewhere to stay. You should remove this resort from your listening. Because (as mentioned earlier)they are closef."
