"It was suitable for my needs. Room was cleaned everyday which is quite unusual now but this sets Ibis apart from other hotels who are saving money by not doing daily cleaning. Standard of cleaning can be improved though as there were hair left in the sink and on the bed cover. What must be improved as well are the troublesome key cards that frequently do not work as well as the level of customer service of the female counter staff. "We booked the Paddocks which had a self contained very well equipped kitchen in an enclosed courtyard It provided a very comfortable overnight stay. We couldnt fault it. "Check in was friendly and easy. As rooms go it was a double and a single bed with an ensuite which was ideal for my friend and I who were attending a live gig. It was comfortable enough and if another gig happens in Leicester then I would use Grafton House again as a room only option. We both agreed it was value for money at £51 split between us."
