There was one waitress at the cafe, the shortest one, who was quite rude every day of my stay... perhaps she was having a bad week, but she should be more professional. "

They allowed us to check out a couple of hours later as we had struggled to get transport back from Bilbao, they also made us packed lunch (for a small fee) on departure even though the restaurant was closed. "En general bien, pero no recomiendo incluir desayuno ya que solo te dejan escoger 1 plato (tostadas, pincho…) más café. Empiezan a servir desayunos a las 10 am, por lo que si quieres madrugar es un poco caos. El personal es amable y las habitaciones estaban muy limpias. Se notaba una falta de organización o explicación, ya que tuvimos que preguntar todo y nadie sabía nada. "
