"I needed some extra lamps for nights. The Manager on Duty , Brandon was so helpful. He went the extra mile to get me lamps that worked and making sure the room outlets were working. Giving me extra towels and wash cloths quickly after my requests. Best customer service ever!!!!"

"Its always a pleasure staying at Holiday Express. This time though there seemed to be having an over heating issue which triggered the fire alarm. The staff said nothing to the guess relating to this issue which I thought was really bad."

"The room was a bit small but it was good enough for me and my husband. I value more on cleanliness and Avida did a great job of impressing us as our room was clean and tidy. The location was also great as it is accessible to and from the airport."
