"The room was extremely clean but contained a heavy stale/smoke/chemical smell. The the free bottles of water at check-in were appreciated. The pool was not open for use. Price paid was too expensive for this decoratively outdated hotel. Will not return here in the future. "

"We booked this hotel because Expedia description mentioned a pool…necessary for my young granddaughter to use after a day of museums. Alas there is NO pool at the Hampton Inn. We would have chosen another hotel if ad had been honest,"

"Very nice staff, good breakfast, clean room & bathroom. The shower curtain needs to be repaired as it didn't keep the water inside the tub, resulting in a small flood on the floor. Convenient location with easy in and out onto Route 1, but the parking spaces are too tight"

"I was reluctant to book a room here because of a few bad reviews, but I took a chance anyway. What I found was a well-maintained and comfortable environment. From check-in to checkout everything went as smoothly as it could have. It’s not a five star facility, but I got way more than I expected for the price I paid. The onsite self-service laundry facility is excellent and I was surprised to see a workout area as well. The staff are responsive and friendly. They even provided a coffee mug for me...

"The property is conveniently located near the metro and the free trolly that runs un and down the street. It is very close to the trail though, so that might bother some people, if you're not used to loud noises. Club Wyndham does have timeshares/ownership programs, so they will try and convince you to buy into those programs."
