"Absolutely brilliant. I would definitely book this accommodation again if I returned to Kanazawa! It was always spotlessly clean. The onsen was a lovely way to end the day! There is no bag storage room- rather, they provide a lock for you to secure your bag in the reception area, which I think is great as I was the only one with access to the key to unlock my bag. "Murataya Ryokan is situated in a really convenient location close to buses, shopping and restaurants. The owners make every effort to ensure your stay is as enjoyable as possible. The indoor onsen is fantastic after a long day of walking! Highly recommend their Japanese breakfast, it's delicious and not easy to get this outside. The care and dedication it takes to make it is just one of the reasons why this place is a gem. Highly recommend and would stay here again. "
