"Just ok"

"Street is missing a trick. The town is crying out for a great, modern hotel with the facilities to challenge what is currently available - it would be an absolute winner. I chose Mullions simply because of the limited options for overnight stays in the area. Unfortunately, the room itself was incredibly tired. I was met with broken furniture, dusty bedside surfaces and lamps, and a distinct smell of damp in the bathroom. Worse still, while the towels appeared clean, they carried a noticeable...

"Excellent stay our room so spacious everything you could want and more. Staff friendly and engaging overall great value for money ideally located for Cheddar Gorge first class walk Axbridge stepped in history all in all a great stay"

"Very clean room, great location and the staff was very nice and helpful."

"The accommodation was perfect, clean spotless, everything you need for a stay away from home very comfortable bed. Seating in kitchen could have been a little more comfortable if wanting to spend time in the accommodation, However at the moment there is a construction site behind the cabins and the noise is absolutely horrendous, would have been polite to have been informed of this as we were away for a holiday to rest and relax and would not have booked for this reason alone. I highly recommend...

"Lovely staff."

"Cosy traditional b&b room above the pub itself, surprisingly quiet (never heard a sound) even though the pub below is a very popular place and full every night. Nice breakfast, good evening meal, can’t fault the place. Patrick and the locals were very friendly, we happily chatted amongst them all evening on both nights we stayed. All in all a very good time, would we stay again? Absolutely no problem at all."

"Not what I was expecting, the bathroom was for a disabled person ok but I didn’t request it.The hotel was functional, average."

"Host was friendly and really helpful, quick responding when we needed something. Room was perfectly clean, lots of plug sockets, nice bathroom. Couldn't fault anything, would stay again."

"Beautiful country house. Amenities well thought out and we liked the honour bar concept. Only drawback was tepid water and cold bathroom radiator."

"Host not present in arrival, needed to phone to get access to property. Room good with comfortable bed. On suite had half height shower cubicle. Shower head needed cleaning and also no waste bin in ensure. Breakfast was very good and Simon was very friendly"

"Very friendly staff. Nice pub and restaurant downstairs. Our room was on the street side and above pub outdoor seating, so it was a little noisy. One of our windows didn’t shut completely, which didn’t help. But it quieted down a lot at night. Very clean and comfortable."

"We had a lovely warm welcome from our lovely host who was so helpful and made us feel at home . It is a cosy , peaceful ,homely place with good vibrations . It was great to have the use of a shared kitchen, to cook a meal anytime! We helped ourselves to a continental breakfast and enjoyed the peaceful dining area overlooking the Tor! Next door is the comfy crystal room which was so very relaxing and rejuvenating. We were unsure about the shared bathrooms but no problem they were always free...

"Lovely room, however kettle was in the hallway, not an issue for me but had to keep reminding myself to pick up the key. Parking was challenging and in the early week you have to travel to eat, so car is needed"

"A fabulous apartment. Beautifully furnished and it had everything we needed for a great stay. The hosts were friendly and extremely helpful and the location was great for exploring Devon. We had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend it to others."

"Very quiet location, excellent views, warm and welcoming upon arrival. Enjoyed the stay and would recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area"
