"I got to the hotel and they told me it’s fully booked. I had made payments on hotels.com and everything. Next thing I know is they are making calls to dumb me at a random hotel without my knowledge. After 1hr i insisted they have to give me a room. They had already inconvenienced me and making me late to a program. They give the lobby for parties, play music and etc disturbing and interrupting with your sleep. They have a restaurant in the hotel and they have music going off as soon as 9am-12am....
