"The hotel was very clean and the staff were absolutely amazing. The smell was not so good. It smelled of stale cigarettes and marijuana. The room was super clean and the wifi was great. The pool was super clean and very well maintained. Not a lot of outlets but if you bring an extension cord it is doable. "

"Our family if 4 (plus a friend of my 17-year old's) came to the New River Gorge for rafting & the bridge walk. The home is very convenient to ACE Adventures, & very private. We loved the fire pit & s'mores, Keurig was great- short drive to Fayetteville. Would recommend & will return. Soft towels, games & puzzles, & huge TV. Beds were comfy & we had an absolute blast! "

"Coty was super responsive and answered all questions promptly. This property is a great location for families looking to do fun activities. We rented a SXS side-by-side which was a blast and also did horseback riding and white water rafting. There is a ton of deer and turkeys around the property and we all enjoyed watching them. The house is clean, the beds comfy, and plenty of room. The kitchen was great for breakfast and lunch and we ate dinner out. Take advantage of the fire pit. Keep in mind...

"Perfect spot for a long weekend with friends. Kids enjoyed the game room, movie room, and hot tub! Kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals which saved us money. We loved sitting out on the front porch swing and visiting with friends. Great location for white water rafting. One maintenance problem that could not have been prevented, but was immediately resolved by the hosts. Very happy customers who will book again next time we come white water rafting! Great memories were made. "

"Well suited for family gatherings! Comfortable outdoor space complete with picnic table, and plenty of comfortable seating. charcoal grill, and nice fire pit! We appreciated the great water pressure for showering after a fun day of river rafting! This VRBO is in close proximity to Fayetteville and great restaurants. Truly enjoyed our stay! The host was fabulous! "
