I had the reservation number and the payment receipt, but he didn’t care. I had to contact Expedia, who then called the hotel. The guy at the desk didn’t speak English, so Expedia had to call him back with a Spanish speaker. It eventually got all sorted out, but it took half an hour of me waiting around for it to get settled"
