"I booked this reservation for a room with three single beds but we got one double and o single bed. It was kind of weird because two of us had to share the double bed. We wanted to share the room but not the bed. Since the room was booked for three people, I would assume there will be towels and blankets for three people. No! Had to ask for it. Why? Not sure 🤔 "

"Check in super tarde (15h) e inflexível. Não tinha shampoo no banheiro, sem secador de cabelo, não trocaram as toalhas, o banheiro tava com vazamento no chuveirinho, os travesseiros eram velhos, tomadas fora do padrão (não dava pra usar o notebook pq não tinha como carregar). Recomendo ficarem no hotel mas não nesse flat particular."

"The flat was clean, comfortable and had an amazing view as I was on the 11th floor. My only complaint is that despite there being a kitchen, it was of little use as it had no equipment. No cooking facilities, no dishes or cutlery, not even the basics to make a cup of coffee in the morning. "

"Foi excelente. O hotel de duas piscinas e um espaço fitness ótimo! O apartamento é amplo e confortável, cama muito boa e banheiro espaçoso e novo. A varanda era legal, mas não tinha proteção com tela, então com crianças precisa ter cuidado, pois era 14° andar. A parte da cozinha tinha microondas, cafeteira, geladeira e mini fogão, não utilizei nenhum item, mas aparentava ser suficiente em usos pontuais. Tinha secador e ferro de passar roupa. Ou seja, um excelente custo-beneficio."
