"Greco Hilltop Views is in a "Development" of 13 properties which is accessed via ~1500 metres of dirt road. The "Development" consists of 13 properties, 5 of which are occupied at least part-time via rentals etc and are maintained. The other 8 properties have been vacated, abandoned, overgrown, internals and externals stripped out etc. The doors, windows and roofs have been vandalised and smashed.
