"The property owner Katarina was amazingly very helpful, booked our taxi, gave us directions & info plus help send back a forgotten borrwed plug back to the last hotel we left. "We were never greeted. No one was ever at reception during our 4 days of stay. The place was empty and the front gate was often locked so we had to go in through the back. Luckily, after 2 hours or so of waiting in the lobby when we first got there, we happened to stumble accross a friend of the owners who called him and gave us our room.
