"Beautifully placed in an inconvenient spot where i had to drag my luggage in the heat after a 10hr flight. I arrived at the door and no one was there. I looked up at all the numbers to call them, even the locals tried to help. I waited 40 mins out there for someone and was never able to get in my room. What a great experience and no refunds just to add icing on the cake. If you want your money and time wasted, this is the place for you"

"The guy spoke to us over the phone the day before and told us to call when we were 15 min out. We called and the guy refused to tell us where the apartment was, refused us to stay, and took the money for the apartment rental. We were in the middle of the street with our suitcases and had nowhere to stay for the 3 nights we rented."

"The service was extraordinary. This is not a hotel, this is meant for you to live the experience and it is perfect for that. Location was great, our room was beautiful. Our only complaint is that the pillows and bed had a distinct smell. They do not use mattresses protector or for the pillows. Hot water, working AC in the room, clean towels every day, however, they do not clean your room daily. Overall we had an excellent time and the young gentleman working there was great. "
