"Very glad to have it pet-friendly, clean, and quiet. The breakfast was very minimal. The man at the reservation desk was helpful and friendly. Overall, this was a good place to stop for a night and we will return again when traveling in the area."

"Room was clean and had plenty of space for our 2 night stay. The carpets were stained from being old most likely and could probably be replaced. Breakfast bar was nice had several options to choose from if we were in the mood for a hot or cold breakfast. Overall happy with the value of what we paid would just recommend things like carpets be replaced if they cannot removed the stains via cleaning."

I was told I would receive a link for ID verification but never received 24 hours prior, had to call customer service and was told I had been sent it on my Expedia account, but yet booked through hotels.com, was then told it was emailed to me, never received. Eventually had to have them text me the link which to me should’ve been the first contact not through a made up Expedia account. Other than...
