"Staff was very helpful and friendly Shower and toilet weren’t clean"

"Clean and close to Main Streets"

"Comfortable. Very helpful staff"

"Was fine for price but dirty and smelled of smoke"

"I understand this place works for someone looking to tightly budget in New York- and if you are not spending any amount of time in your room it works. But I think my limit is sharing 2 bathrooms between 20 rooms. Not something I want to experience again."

"Management at this site is more helpful and polite than at any other big ticket , large chain, high end hotels. Can't explain , in words, how nice they are. 5 stars isn't enough for them."

"The room was not that clean. There was hair in the shower and the floor. Lint (i think) on the sheet and towels. Some white powder around the headboard bed. Besides that it was pretty chill. Staff available 24/7. A/C and heater worked well. Good lighting in restrooms to do make up."
