"We stayed here after a concert downtown. The staff were very friendly even at 12am. I felt safe leaving my car in their parking lot because they gate the property at night. The room was clean and comfortable. When we checked out the staff were so kind in providing recommendations for us for the day. We took them up on their suggestion of “Lola’s” for breakfast and it was delicious! Will definitely stay again the next time we come to Seattle! "

"Overall good. The only irritation was--we arrived at 10 pm and there were no parking spaces. Large trucks and vans had taken up additional spaces. So we spent 20 minutes looking for a decent, lighted space. Multiple other people had the same problem. Mgmt could better respond to this issue. The rest of the evaluation is good, and we'll be back again."

"I rarely leave reviews (and this one is delayed also) but i wanted to say thank you to the great manager and excellent customer service of the hotel. There was an issue with booking i have ordered a room with full view but somehow the hotel received different booking and I am not sure how it happened because when i contacted hotels.com they confirmed to me that the booking was for full view, however hotel had a room with partial view on the receipt from hotels.com. Even though this issue was not...
