"Amazing property! Great location near lots of hikes, some nice towns nearby that are fun to explore, and of course that view is really why we chose to stay here. Wonderful waking up with coffee on the deck watching the sunrise or enjoying a cocktail while watching the sunset. The driveway is long and brings you deep in the woods, the place is nice and secluded. There are miles of private hiking trails on the property that we loved exploring. You will not regret booking this place."

"Four brothers stayed here for a family event in Middlebury. Quick ride to the college. Easy to find! Very private! Massive and impressive Log Timber home but still welcoming. Well stocked with all we needed. Fun Great Room with big fireplace - perfect for telling stories and tall tales toasting with quality glassware. Plenty of hot water for simultaneous showers - very comfortable beds and linens. Fantastic lake views!! Would repeat ina heartbeat!"

"Place was great but owner should state upfront that there is no WIFI and NO cell service. Kind of needed the WiFi to plan out my vacation plans and not having ANY cell service whatsoever made that impossible. Place was In Great shape , VERY private , driveway was extremely steep making towing my trailer up it a little sketchy. But other than those two issues place was great! "

"My husband, daughter and I stayed one night to be close to the Olympic Center where my daughter was competing in an ice skating competition the following morning. The room was small but very comfortable, clean, and reasonably priced. The service was great. "
