"Good location and staff are very helpful. But we only found out rooms are literally above the pub and a bit outdated. Name of the hotel also misleading and we thought it was by the water"

"Had a lovely, spacious room with a king size bed and lifesaving portable air con Very nice bathroom with complimentary toiletries. Tea and coffee facilities excellent. The property is only a 2 minute walk from 3 pubs, 2 restaurants, a convenience store, tea room and the train station. But you hear no noise. There is parking outside the property."

The room was OK, clean and warm but don't expect anything special, the price of the room reflects that compared to other places in Ryde. No shampoo or shower gel provided, so I got some from nearby pound land. Check in was handled quickly and friendly. Biggest problem was an awful stench in one of the corridors leading to the room and a pile of discarded furniture/junk too."

"I had a terrible experience..."

"Clean place"

As a result, we were left outside late at night and had no choice but to book a hotel at the last minute, which cost us a lot of money. This caused a lot of stress, inconvenience, and extra expense. "The rooms are a good size there a multiple bathrooms ans toilets which is good 1 could do with a bit of work but overall there was a microwave in kitchen to warm your food and place was also lovely and warm and a sink in room was good. Nice location aswell near the shops especially if you want a takeaway and a big supermarket nearby also the transport networks are really good or go on foot 40 minutes walking but quite a nice town also has lots of history"
