"Une bonne surprise pour une réservation estivale de passage, compte tenu des précédents avis, qui nous paraissent sévères. L’accueil s’est avéré très correct. Chambre immense, literie confortable en grande largeur, propreté, décoration simple avec du mobilier Ikea neuf, ascenseur, petit balcon sympa avec une vue (franchement symbolique) sur le lac d’Orta. Contrary to what we expected and what was mentioned, there was no free wifi (there was no wifi at all!), the parking was 1.3 km away and this was not a hotel but a series of appartements. The one we got was not the one we rented! And at the end, it was extremely overpriced for what we got. To be avoided!"

"The apartment was beautiful with an amazing view. However, the wifi didn't work and the person in charge didn't bother coming to look at it or help us. So for three days we didn't have wifi or TV. In addition, the listing said they had a pool. There was no pool. When I asked the person in charge she told me that she meant the public pool. A bit disappointing, but we made the best of it. "
