"Very eclectic; the owner takes care of this hostel as he is there everyday with his family and pets. It's your basic hostel- bring your amenities especially insect repellant. Water pressure can be erratic at times, but this is island living so its expected. Great food and great staff. Service can be really slow- avoid if it looks busy. "

"Ok hotel right on the beach. Friendly staff prepared very nice breakfast to the order. Facility shows age, needs some renovation investment. The biggest drawback is the access - cars can get only to the concrete walking bridge about 100m from the hotel entrance. When you walk to town you have to cross the bridge and walk another 200 m on a dirt road that was covered by numerous puddles after the occasional rains during my stay. "

"I wanted to stay one night in PP just to dine at KaLui. This may have been a poor choice. But it was survivable. They tried to stick me with a bill for the breakfast and I said the place is a bed and breakfast. It includes breakfast. Anyways, there isn’t much going on nearby anyway. The ladies were nice enough. "Horrible disgusting property. False Check-in time (site says 2pm but was informed 3pm). Messed up my reservation so had a different room that was smaller. Staff blamed Expedia, but that’s very hard to believe especially since Expedia has been top notch with my reservation requests with no issues. Toilet had no toilet seat, shower had exposed electrical wire and felt absolutely disgusting and dirty. Super hot and humid with weak AC. Extra bed is just a very thin mattress on the floor.
