"At the time i check in, the staff told me that they don’t have room for me and then suddenly say this is the last room. The size of the room is okay but it just like a budget hotel only with old furniture and the price a bit expensive.. "

"3 nights while giving training course locally. Hotel is new, bleak, and with no service. My 'deluxe room' had no window - Zone site doesn't say you need to pay extra for a window. TBH, the room was fine (had a good bed, a clean toilet and a great shower), but overall the place was not somewhere I would chose to be. I moved out after 2 nights to go somewhere with life!"

"The rating for this 2 stas hotel should be 4/10 instead of 7/10. We were staying with rats on the ceiling during our 4 nights stay in June. No hot water, toilet was crack, stains on bedsheet and pillow, fortunately, no smells, otherwise we will move out without hesitation. The staff even asked for additional fees when we did feedback at the counter."
