Room was on the ground floor and smelt terribly of smoke as if the previous occupant had chain smoked out the window. Have a feeling is common practice as the moment you enter the ground floor corridor it can be smelt and burn marks inside the washroom. "Great little hotel. Our room was small, toilet and shower outside. Very close walling to the lake, train station, tram and buses, plenty of restaurants around. Very nice people at the reception. "
