"Keyser Inn is clean as a whistle. The beds are comfortable. We had an assessable room with a lovely walk in shower with ample handrails A-shower chair would have helped me a lot, but I did not ask if they had one. We were so very comfortable, we would most definitely stay here again! We were here two nights and longer would have been fine with me!!"

"Had a great stay. Very clean and comfortable. The only downfall was the location of our room next to the elevator and ice machine. Ice machine was very noisy. People getting off the elevator at 1:00 am.,talking very loudly. The loud guests are no reflection on Best Western or its staff. I would highly recommend this hotel."

"Had a great stay at this hotel in Frostburg. Friendly desk staff, visited the bar/restaurant in the lobby, lots and lots of historic charm throughout the building. Our room was basic, clean and very reasonably priced. Will stay here again!"

"Check in was okay, the pet fee is more than most other places. The beds were comfy. The bathroom sink didn’t drain well. The shower was hot with fair water pressure. "

"Great location and overall value. Modest and clean. No in-room coffee. Lobby coffee opens at 7AM. There are zero plates, utensils, dishsoap, etc. Take advantage of the nearby Walmart/Dollar Tree. There are no sidewalks here. Proprietors are a thoroughly lovely family. "

"Stayed for one night and the hotel felt very clean. Didn't have that strange hotel odor that some places have. The staff was friendly. Our kids enjoyed the indoor pool. We arrived later in the evening, so it was nice that the pool was open till 11pm. I was happy with the room and would stay here again."

"The inn was clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff was friendly. There is a sign for the inn at the road, but the building has no signage (not even on the door). We were not sure that we were at the correct place. Very close to the Potomac Eagle railroad."
