"Locating the property isn't great as all the building numbers are "76" which made it slightly difficult to find when I had to use Google translate for the taxi man. That aside I enjoyed my stay and the receptionist was very welcoming and helped me out a lot as I can't speak Chinese. I was very fortunate to have them there. "The room they gave us is not the one I reserved, the staff that we dealt with while arriving was unbelievably rude. All the other staffs are much better attitude. It seems like she has no clue of our reservation, so they didn't even had a room reserved for us not to mention the right kind of room that we asked for. We have no choice but to settle into whatever room that they provided."

"(灣流國際) 與廣州地鐵 (長壽路站) 非常接近 ，步行大約祇需十多分鐘 。前往 (上下九路) 步行街 ，尋找食肆及購物都十分方便 。酒店房間整潔 ，舒適 ，附近環境亦非常寧靜 。整體居住環境良好 ，感覺是很舒服的 ! 但酒店的設施並不理想 ，電視接收不到訊號 ; 另外寬頻亦無法連接 ，因此無辦法對外通訊 。極之不方便的呢 ! 除此之外 ，酒店房間並無電話或其他通訊設備 ; 若然須要聯絡酒店職員 ，就必須親身前往地下大堂服務櫃檯 。實在是太唔方便 ，太麻煩喇 !"

"Actually i paid for 15days ,after spending 6days i choose to live the hotel,and i requested for refund of the remaining days,But they refused to send me the money. And it wasn't told of this when i was booking. "
