"The reservation was made based on the details available and willingness to have pets. We arrived and the room was freezing with wind blowing in through ill fitting windows. So we put curtains against them to stem the cold. I was promised a heater as soon as available and went to the office for other information to find out the manager had forgotten my request as a heater was available.
