"Three issues lowered the overall from perfect. 1) The WiFi connection is bad. It is free in the room but many problems, 2) there is no air condition nor a fan. As our room had big window to the sun, the room become very hot from late-morning to the late afternoon, 3) The hotel is on the main road which is not show on the main picture - not too much noise, but trucks are there early morning. "The staff were very nice. Liked the breakfast. The room was simple but cannot complain for the price. Tge parking was super small, so you have to watch out not to hit the corners. We walked down to Torbole central area for dinner."

"Room's and bathroom need an update, no AC, no coffee maker no fridge, mattress and pillows are old, and the price they ask for 1night is way to much. Zero star rating.... We had to leave early (7:00 am) we could not get a coffee because breakfast was at 7:30........"

"Superbe hôtel. Completement rénové et dans un cadre montagnard maginifique. Mais il faudrait juste mettre beaucoup plus en évidence que cet hotel est en pleine montagne et inaccessible en voiture. (Cest indiqué dans le site hotels.com, mais en toute fin du descriptif.) On laisse sa voiture sur un parking en bas d'un téléphérique ... donc ne pas prendre de grosse valise ! Il y a une reception ouverte bien après 18h00. Le personnel est particulierement sympathique. Il y a meme un excellent...

"I have just come back from a stay at hotel baitone which overall I was not impressed with at all. The room itself was good and very clean as was the restaurant but the location of the hotel was not what it was described on the website. It wasn’t in Malcesine it was 7 kilometres outside of the town which we had to get a taxi to or walk which was one hour and 17 mins. Very disappointedin the hotel.com website which I will never use again "
