"Guest House Cesic was clean, quiet and had a terrific view. Do not have your driver drop you off at stairs. Have him go to the street above the stairs. Much easier. Deka the house manager was terrific. She accommodated all of us with a smile. It was walking distance to bus stop to old town. So overall we had a great time here. "

"It was clean throughout my stay. Although I don’t know why other guest leave their dirty dishes for the cleaner? There is washing up liquid there. Location is fantastic. The lock on my door wasn’t the easiest and the toilet door needs a little oil. Found it easy to find and get into. Had no problems with noise. Will stay again"

"It is a good hostel, with good structure and very clean. I got a wardrobe with key, which was very helpful. Staff wasn’t the nicest with me (however at night, there was a really nice guy who gave me good recommendations on the city). It is a 20-30 min walk to the center or to the beaches, like Copacabana. Maybe not the best place to meet people, but really nice structure, so I felt comfortable there. "

However, its location is nestled in a little side street so you don’t get here too much noise from the Main Street! Our room was just a simple room with 2 single beds. Sheets, blankets, glasses, bathrooms impeccably clean. The location is steps from the busy Pile Gate, yet it's quiet at the property. The pictures do not do the terrace views justice.
