"The Avis rental was just fine but what I’m very unhappy about is Expedia’s sale of collision damage insurance. Turns out it is NOT part of the rental from Avis so if anything goes wrong you still have to pay Avis and then presumably try to get your money or part of it back from Expedia’s insurer. And buried deep in the terms is the exclusion of people over 70. So I paid as much as a day of rental to Expedia for nothing. They know my birthday, I’m pretty annoyed. "

"Set on a nice quiet street 15 min walk to town… 15 mins drive from the train station. The staff were lovely all with a good level of English. Great self contained 1 bedroom with sep lounge living area with pull out double sofa bed. This would need a a great place to use as a base to explore other areas….
