We’ll be pursuing a refund. Honestly this person should be banned from Expedia."

The room is large, the bathroom works and they provide breakfast to your room at 0700. They also can arrange your underground river tour, they walk you straightaway to the boat. Also, know going in that it is a small budget place in the jungle, they may or may not have any hot water. "
