I knocked on the wall a couple of times, but I finally yelled through the wall, asking them to be quiet, and they were quiet immediately. Ive never had to turn on the water heater so that was new, maybe printed instructions should be left for guests. Also, the wash/dry took longer than anticipated and even after a couple of hours, my clothes did not dry completely. "
