"Tout d'abord je promets d'écrire avec du recul et avec sincérité, pour moi c'est important de dire ce qui est sans exagération.
Premièrement, l'hôte n'a pas voulu modifier la réservation comme demandé par mail par hôtels.com que je ne tiens pas pour responsable. En fait à la suite d'une erreur je voulais venir le jour même ( chambre disponible) et non le lendemain.
Eh bien non, l'hôte veut encaisser une nuit supplémentaire, tant pis si j'ai déjà payé pour le lendemain. En plus, c'est par un...
