The location was great as there was a bar/ restaurant joined to building and they were also very friendly our hire shop was on door step and so was the gondola. There was plenty of shops close by for anything needed. If we was to return to la massana we would stay here again "

"The value of the hotel is you can ski in and out even in poor snow conditions (as we had). Though the rooms were kept clean and warm the general repair was poor, there was problems with the shower not working and electric failing. Also the English skills of the team were not ideal, which is not a direct criticism but the problems in stay were all made worse by the lack of ability to explain the problems properly (my pidgin Spanish could not cut the complexity). "This is a very cute, quaint hotel in Sispony. Absolutely beautiful views, but it is a little inconvenient to get to La Vella. There is a nearby bus stop, but it seemed very irregular, so taxis were the way to go. However, a very cute property in all! "

On the other hand, you have the Church Clock that bangs every hour 24/7 so you can hear in the night as well. I think the owner of the hotel should talk with the Church to avoid the sounds at least at night. Normal price for what you get."

"Beautiful location for a rural hotel. Our room was very big and had a gorgeous view from a wall of windows, looking out at the snow capped mountains with horses grazing near the hotel. Very tranquil. Good breakfast and nice hosts. "

"Very cluttered and dusty. Have allergies so a nightmare. No hot water despite asking twice. Towels old and frayed and asked for replacement. Such a shame as was supposed to be a treat after working on campsite for 7 months but no hot bath and beds squashed against the wall. Regret the money spent on a treat that actually wasn’t. The food in the restaurant was very good."

"Do not book this place - Specialy if a family with kids. Apartment was dirty. Blankets not washed. Mattresses with dirty spots. Old building with no insulation which allows you to hear everything the neighbours are doing. The furnitures is old and some of it broken. TV is missing the power cable. No wifi unless you pay. If you pay there is no esy to pay unless you alrrady have a paid phone or internet. No front desk. Before you leva you must clean the whole apartment and fold and pit away the...
