"Terrible experience—the GPS coordinates and instructions were incorrect and we ended up in the middle of nowhere, with four kids. We called the Albergue for four hours at the number they provided, between check-in hours, no answer. Emailed the property, no answer. We ended up reserving another hotel on the spot after wasting an entire afternoon trying to contact this hotel. We were charged anyway. Not sure if we just couldn’t find the place and no one responds, or whether it doesn’t even exist...

However, once we were within a month of our stay, Jeff reached out and was always available from that point on. We didn’t need him often, but the maintenance man was quick to respond when we had requests. The house was perfect for our needs: close to town, but not in the city center.
