"Clean & Friendly"

"We liked almost every thing, except that it seems there was a maintenence job right outside our room that stopped around 1.30 am. Made really difficult to sleep for 2 nights. Also, we didnt find shampoo or soap in the shower (we normally find it in all hostals). Finally, the dinner was only pizza, no more options in the menu. Otll be great to have more options. Other than that, the place is great."

"The hotel works for travelers on a budget. Rooms were cleaned daily. Staff was amicable. However it a walk to public transportation. There are cabs at the train station for late night travel to and from the hotel. All things considered it was a good experience. "

We really appreciated that. The set dinner and breakfst options were excellent. All in all a great one night stay. Will definitely recommend this property!"

"This was just what we needed for our stay. Staff was very friendly, helpful, and accomodating. We did purchase the breakfast in the morning and I found it underwhelming (fairly expensive and the food was cold/not a huge selection) but over all it was a great experience. I just wouldnt do breakfast again next time. "

"The staff at this hotel are super. They are friendly and helpful. The food is basic in the restaurant, but adequate...I was just on a long airport layover. The night desk guy helped me call a taxi at 3 am. I would have been sunk without his help since my app refused to work. "Had a very late check-in, the worker over the phone walked us through the self check in process and was very pleasant and helpful. The following morning the desk worker was also very kind and called us a cab. Our one complaint is the AC was pretty weak and that is pretty impactful for our sleep. Overall though a clean place with great staff! "

"This is hands down the most wonderful hotel in Barcelona. The building and rooms are beautiful and clean, the breakfast is free and delicious, and Tai is the friendliest host ever! The location is even better than any central places. It is 5 min walk from Park Guell and the metro station which gets you to all other spots very quickly. The local neighbourhood has the most authentic feel to it - definitely my favourite of all in Barcelona. "

"The property doesn’t have any reception or staff, that is managed by hotel 153 which is a 2 min walk along the same road. You can use all the usual facilities at 153. It’s very near the beach, and bus stops for travelling "

"Right in the center of everything and super convenient. Most of the staff were very nice except for one older man who would shh and yell at everyone every night coming through the door to be quiet. A simple please be quiet would work."
