"Beautiful setting in Tuscany! We had plenty of space in our unit and enjoyed having a patio with a table and chairs that we could relax on!"

"When I arrived the hotel was closed. I have had to sleep in the car"

"We had a very nice stay here. The view from the property is stunning and our host was very welcoming and helpful. Very nice accommodations. "

"A remote place Wise does not see the location through unpaved paved dirt path is difficult to get, beautiful place neat apartment no heating host very nice,"

"The building and the area feels not so good, but it clean and close to the train station."

"We stayed here from June 17- 20 in 2019. Loved it! We stayed in one of the apartments w/kitchen and it was spacious enough for 2 adults and 2 teens. The property is set on beautiful, well kept grounds, and we had constant breeze coming into our apartment so days and nights were comfortable. Breakfast was delicious! "We really enjoyed our peaceful downtime at Spannocchia. If you’re looking for a beautiful rural retreat to really experience “Tuscany” this is it. Make sure you have dinner there at least one night. "

"It was old, but we had trouble getting in, no elevator ( which we knew), the room was unbelievably small, the beds were broken down (deflated), from people sitting on the sides. I had to use a blanket rolled up to support my back enough to sleep. Shower didn’t work—sprayed all over, etc."
