"The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. We could also use the washer and dryer at no extra charge. Having a kitchenette option was nice. We didn't like the fact that there was no staff at the reception at all times. We had to communicate any issues, questions of requests by phone. This approach was highly unpersonable. We never saw the facility owner at all!!! This unpleasant hotel feature was not disclosed by Trivago at all. Also, it would be nice to have air conditioning...
