"We needed a stop over from a long drive home. This was ideal for a bed and shower. Very clean, quiet and comfortable. The only issue was self checkin which didn't work and we had to walk to the next hotel to gain the access codes to the rooms."

"We didn’t receive any instructions for check in and I contacted Expedia for refund but still waiting for a response. My family and I were waiting and calling the hotels customer service number. They did not pick up the phone. We left and paid extra money for a different hotel. I’m waiting for Expedia to take care of my refund."

"Returned from full day of sightseeing, FOB didn’t work (10:30 PM). No one answered call via call button. Thankfully, fellow guest let me in. WiFi is complete rubbish in common areas. Groceries were discarded prior to my departure (staff gave me complimentary salad-yum!). No electrical outlets/USB by beds. And, yes beds are RIGHT next to each other-bit weird. Pros? "Impersonal, all contact made by Internet. Spent nearly $20 Australian dollars on phone calls trying to get the Basel Card which was paid for in our city tax. Tiny bathroom - had to sit sideways on toilet. "Garden " was a shared brick paved patio covered with weeds. Not impressed for the price we paid. Redeeming feature was proximity to 2 tram lines. "
