"I arrived at the property and was told there was no rooms available. The reception staff explained that it must be problem with hotels.com and that they have sold all of the rooms. The manager was not available and the "office was locked" so they couldn't access the online booking. It was already late in the evening and I had to drive from one hotel to another to find somewhere to stay. "

I inform the gentleman on phone that I booked through Expedia and I have made full payments for 3 nights.
