"I had a great stay at this apartment in Agadir. The location is outstanding right on the ocean with easy access to the boardwalk, making it perfect for relaxing walks and enjoying the beach. The host was excellent, and the communication with Mourad was outstanding. He was very responsive, helpful, and made the entire process easy. Check-in was smooth, quick, and hassle-free. There are a couple of areas that could be improved. The apartment could be cleaner, and the kitchen would benefit from...

"Just be aware that this is a shared property. Your booking is just for a room. The owner lives in the house, even though this isn't specified in the listing. This may be suitable for some travellers but it is something to be aware of. He was also gentle and understanding when we pointed that out. Anyway, we had to leave upon arrival because we were not comfortable sharing the accommodation with the proprietor. We contacted Expedia for refunds but we didn't get any refund."

"The advertisement/pictures on Expedia about the property were false/ misleading. Broken furniture, cockroaches in the kitchen, mold in the bedroom. No checkin station, no info about the property. Neither myself nor Expedia agents were able to communicate with the property manager! Wish there was an option to zero star!! Worst experience with any stay"
